Dịch vụ này được triển khai nhằm tuân thủ Quy định Tái chế Tàu của EU (có hiệu lực từ ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2020) và Công ước Quốc tế Hồng Kông về Tái chế Tàu An toàn và Thân thiện với Môi trường (có hiệu lực từ ngày 26 tháng 6 năm 2025).

Pressure test for piping systems on Oil-Chemical-Gas Tanker

As the request of the Owner, QMI we can offer hydrostatically pressure test for the piping systems on board ship, to comply with Rules and Requirements of Class and Third party.

The Hydrostatical test can be carried out by water or Nitrogen gas.

At present, we are expanding the scope of service such as corrosion control for RIG, FSO, FPSO, ship's hull, ballast tanks... by wet and dry sand blasting method with modern equipment.

Thickness Measurement, especially for tankers, FSO, FPSO, RIG and Bulk carrier, our company can provide rope access to approach instead of traditional methods such as cherry picker, scaffolding.

Tightness of hatch covers
Approximately one third of all P&I claims are cargo-related. A significant portion of cargo claims is caused by water damage, of which numerous cases relate to ingress of sea water via the hatch covers of dry cargo vessels. Reports of leaking hatch covers are the most frequent cause for selecting a vessel for an unscheduled condition survey.

Phased array ultrasonic systems utilize multi- element probes, which are individually excited under computer conrtrol. By exciting each element in a controlled manner, a focused beam of ultrasound can be generated. Software enables the beam to be steered. Two and three dimensional views can be generated showing the sizes and locations of any flaws detected.

Phased  array can  be used for lnspection of Welds, Thickness measurements,   Corrosion inspection and Flaw detection.

The radiographic testing (RTI) technique involves the use of penetrating gamma or X- radiation to examine parts, welds and products for imperfections. An X-ray machine or radioactive isotope are used as a source of radiaton, where the radiation is directed through a part and onto film.

Magnetic particle testing (MPT) processes are non-destructive methods for the detection of surface, nar-surface and sub-surface defects and flaws in ferrous and ferromagnetic materials.
