- QMI Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in July 2018, with its headquarters at 47, Street 37, Tan Quy Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Over the past more than six years, despite challenges in the economy, society, and especially the COVID-19 pandemic, our company has persevered and grown. From a small company of five passionate members, we now have a team of over 25 employees. We have expanded operations with a work shop about 1,000-square-meter in Vung Tau, Vietnam. Our success is built on the trust and support of clients.

Scope of services:

• Authorized by several shipyards, we organize, survey and arrange vessel for docking.
• Provide superintendent on perhalft of shipowners in coordinating repairs and the docking process, both onshore and offshore.
• Ship repair, maintenance and steel works.
• Spare parts supplier.
• Perform thickness measurements of ship structures and non-destructive testing.
• Load testing services for lifting equipment and winches on boardship.
• Conduct periodic inspections of lifting equipment, such as shore cranes and other industrial devices.
• Provide rope access personnel and services for maintaining high-altitude industrial and offshore equipment.
• Corrosion prevention using wet and dry sandblasting methods.
• Additional services: In collaboration with partner companies, we offer services such as IHM data collection, lifesaving and firefighting equipment maintenance, and underwater inspections.
